Bit 15 im Steuerwort

Das Bit 15 (bisher manufacture specific) bekommt die Bedeutung Inspektionsbetrieb:

 0 = Inspektion aus
 1 = Inspektion ein

Der Umrichter kann so unterschiedlich auf eine Unterbrechung des Sicherheitskreises reagieren.
